Tai Qi

~Classes
Tai Qi is a Chinese exercise that stresses the use of the mind not force. Its quality is
in its stillness and slow movements, which integrate mind and body. Participants
gain strength, flexibility and vitality through instruction in postures and breathing
methods. Students of all fitness level are encouraged to join.
