Astanga Primary Series is a vigorous series of postures liked by the breath. It
builds strength, flexibility and endurance. It is most suited for intermediate
students, but all levels are welcome.

Beginners Yoga is 90 minutes of detail-oriented yoga suitable for complete
beginners. The class format strictly adheres to Geeta S. Iyengar's preliminary
course syllabus, which focuses primarily on 49 specific yoga postures or
asanas. Props are used extensively and drop-in students are welcome.

Earth Based Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga in an eclectic
arrangement liked with rhythmic breathing, movements and the presence of
mind. It's a life-changing form of physical and spiritual fitness.

Gentle Yoga: A perfect way to unwind from your week. The class will include a
light asana practice, breath awareness, deep relaxation and restorative

Midlife Yoga for Women is designed for women over 50 years of age who
would like to become more flexible through gentle yoga stretching and
unwinding through breath. This is a beginner level entry class. $8-$10 Marcie
Shiva Shakti Yoga is a creative union of dynamic movement and tranquil
stillness with strength and fluidity. In this transformational journey you will
experience Shakti, prana, asana and meditation woven together to awaken the
peace and light inside you.

Sunday Yoga begins with positive intentions and slow conscious breathing.
This class promotes tension release while awakening and strengthening both
mind and body. Incorporating several styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa,
Ashtanga and Jivamukti, this class will provide a healthy challenge to all levels
of students. Sunday Yoga will help you gain focus and energy for week ahead.

Yin Yoga is a practice of movement and floor postures for the connective
tissue of the hips thighs, pelvis and lower spine.. Suitable for beginners,
