Ashtanga Primary Series is a vigorous series of postures linked by
the breath. It builds strength, flexibility and endurance. It is most
suited for intermediate students, but all levels are welcome.
$8-$10 Todd
Beginners Yoga is 90 minutes of detail-oriented yoga suitable for
complete-to-advanced beginners. Individual attention provided
where needed and requested. Safe alignment, breath and
restorative positions emphasized. Drop-in students are welcome.
$8-$10 Mon/Sorcha; $10 Thurs/Amie
Beyond Yoga is a deeply intuitive class moving beyond the
physical structure of traditional poses into body work, connective
tissue, organ cleansing and breath development. Asanas are
broken down with a focus on individual body types and needs.
$10 Alice
Free Flow Yoga~ a class FREE to all the community. This class is
an open, all levels class taught by the teachers at Be Moved. Come
as a beginner or as an advanced yogi to share in our love for yoga!
Hatha Yoga Strength,fluidity and stillness. Spiritually and
physically conditioning the core along with a restorative practice.
$10 Amie
Living Ahimsa Meditation~ "...and contemplation teach you to
invoke your inner witness-self and be accountable to your
purpose." Mother Maya. Beginners and experienced are welcome.
Malas are optional as we will learn to count recitations of mantra
with our hands as well.

Mindful Yoga This class incorporates the mindful awareness of
breath, body and thoughts into the asana practice. Mindful yoga
encourages the balance of effort and ease throughout the practice
to create wakefulness and equanimity. The class will begin with 15
minutes of seated meditation followed by asana practice.

Noon Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis
and lower spine, bringing your attention inward and unlocking
the body and liberating the mind and spirit

Shiva Shakti Yoga is a creative union of dynamic movement and
tranquil stillness with strength and fluidity. In this
transformational journey you will experience Shakti, prana, asana
and meditation woven together to awaken the peace and light
inside you.

Vinyasa~a class to integrate ourselves with the present moment
through body and breath awareness. We focus on alignment,
fluidity and the attitude with which we practice to better apply
yoga to our daily lives.

Yoga Flow~ Strength,fluidity and stillness. Spiritually and
physically conditioning the core along with a restorative practice.
$10 Alice
Yoga With Heart~appropriate for beginners and all levels. This
class mindfully moves through asanas, connecting with the breath
and soul. Includes pranayama and the exploration of guided
meditations, helping to care for the entire being while providing
tools for developing a personal practice.
