Astanga Primary Series is a vigorous series of postures liked by
the breath. It builds strength, flexibility and endurance. It is most
suited for intermediate students, but all levels are welcome.

Atha Yoga meaning to integrate ourselves in this moment; this
class will explore the science and art of yoga. We will focus on
alignment, fluidity, and the attitude with which we practice to
better apply yoga to our daily lives.

Beginners Yoga is 90 minutes of detail-oriented yoga suitable for
complete-to-advanced beginners. Individual attention provided
where needed and requested. Safe alignment, breath and
restorative positions emphasized. Drop-in students are welcome.

Beginning Vinyasa Yoga ~Intro to asana and how to link breath
to movement with smooth transition from pose to pose. Build
strength, flexibility and stamina to open the body while quieting
the mind. Great for those new to yoga or vinyasa. All levels

Beyond Yoga is a deeply intuitive class moving beyond the
physical structure of traditional poses into body work, connective
tissue, organ cleansing and breath development. Asanas are
broken down with a focus on individual body types and

Early Morning Yoga~Greet the sun and start the day right.
Stretch, open, lighten and energize with this flowing practice
designed to warm-up the body, focus the mind and rejuvenate.

Healing Passes Micro-Movement Yoga  covers the fundamentals
of the templates of Wise Earth’s Mind, breath & Sound Sadhana-
practices that attune you to your inner rhythm and your true
nature of ahimsa-self harmony & spirit of non-hurtfulness. The
Healing Pass practice comprise of a series of postures attuned to
the varying phases of the lunar cycle and the four directions. It is a
powerful practice that skillfully combines Prana, with cosmic
sounds in alignment with methodical micro-movements thus
enhancing the greatest state of consciousness. Developed by Sri
Swamini Mayatitananda, this practice has been used effectively
and therapeutically for more than a decade at Mother Om Mission
sites to aid at risk communities in cultivating a strong sense of
health, awareness and self-empowerment. This exquisite form of
yoga will help you to get out of overdrive and overstress. It is the
most powerful form of Yoga to heal the peace within and without.

spirit.

Lunchtime Stretch~Need a mid-day pickup? Come stretch,
breathe and energize. We will focus on a practice to keep you fine-
tuned and humming along. Clear your mind, detoxify and reset.

Mindful Yoga  This class incorporates the mindful awareness of
breath, body and thoughts into the asana practice.  Mindful yoga
encourages the balance of effort and ease throughout the practice
to create wakefulness and equanimity. The class will begin with 15
minutes of seated meditation followed by asana practice.

Noontime Yoga is a traditional yoga practice which develops  
balance and awareness of self through body alignment, breath

Power Flow Yoga Strength,fluidity and stillness. Spiritually and
physically conditioning the core along with a restorative practice.

Prenatal/Gentle Strengthening is open to all (pregnant or not), to
gently strengthen the body for increased energy, stamina and
flexibility with a focus on breath with flowing movement,
meditation for peace of mind and relaxation techniques to find
inner calm and rest. (post-natal with infant also welcome)

Self-Care 101 includes light asana, breath awareness, and self-
massage to nurture body and soul.

Shiva Shakti Yoga is a creative union of dynamic movement and
tranquil stillness with strength and fluidity. In this
transformational journey you will  experience Shakti, prana, asana
and meditation woven together to awaken the peace and light
inside you.

Slow Vinyasa invites us to slow down as we flow through poses,
breathe and meditate. We will focus on ease and stability ending
with deeper stretches and a restorative pose. Energize and reset
during this mid-week session to increase flexibility and alignment.
