Wise Earth Ayurveda Food, Breath and sound Practitioner Training

This course is the foundation of all Wise Earth Ayurveda practices. It includes the original Wise Earth Ayurveda sadhanas taught by Maya Tiwari for 30 years. Join us as we engage in a “spiritual feast” to re-enliven body, mind, spiritand intuition. Awaken the power of inner rhythm and memory, making healthy living natural. Learn how to awaken personal healing using Wise Earth Ayurveda inner medicine practices. Support yourself and others.
Experience food prepared with the rhythmic, vibrational practices of spice grinding, whole grain preparation, cutting local organic vegetables in harmony with their lifelines for exhaulted flavor. Create delicious homemade chutneys that enliven your essential taste and make each meal exciting and flavorful.
Feel nourished by sacred intention and inner silence. Regain love and respect for food as a daily blessing. Participants study and contemplate nature’s rhythms to awaken memory. Observe nature to understand and experience balance. Enjoy a field trip to local woman owned organic farm to harvest vegetables, talk to the farmers and learn about food sources. Yoga practitioners/teachers, ayurveda students/practitioners, health care workers, and all who are interested in healing and women's health will learn how to share the knowledge with family, friends and community.

Laura Martin-Eagle is a Wise Earth Teacher and Sadhaka carefully trained by Maya Tiwari in Wise Earth Ayurveda. In 2013, she was awarded with the prestigious title of Sadhaka-Adept by Maya Tiwari. She has been teaching classes on food, breath and sound (annavidya, pranavidya and mantravidya) as well as Women’s Health Care since 2002. She brings her deep understanding of the Sadhana practice to each of her classes. Laura has completed the home-study program with Dr Frawly, and is a C.A.S. (Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist) graduate through the California College of Ayurveda. She is also completing her MA in Ayurvedic Studies from Hindu University of America. Laura is a Registered Ayurvedic Practitioner with the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA) and a practitioner member of National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). She is the director of Moon Jewel Ayurveda Center and Be Moved Studio in Lawrence, Kansas.
